Service Fulfillment & 3-Month Policy

Thank you for choosing K.Will Graphics! To ensure that all projects are completed in a timely and organized manner, the following policy applies to all service purchases.

3-Month Submission Requirement

After purchasing a service, clients have 3 months from the original purchase date to complete and submit all required forms, information, photos, content, and/or materials needed to begin their project.

If the required information is not submitted within the 3-month timeframe, the order will be considered forfeited, and the service will no longer be available for completion under the original purchase.

Payments from expired orders cannot be transferred or applied as credit toward a future service or new order. If you would like to move forward after the 3-month period, a new service must be purchased at the current listed price.

Emergencies & Special Circumstances

I understand that unexpected situations can happen. If you are experiencing an emergency or special circumstance that may prevent you from submitting your information within the 3-month timeframe, please reach out before your deadline so we can discuss your situation.

Purchasing a service confirms that you understand and agree to this policy.
